Pacesetters Tea Luncheon The Tea was a wonderful time for women from the Long Beach community to learn more about the ministry of Lydia House and its work with the growing number of single mothers and kids in Long Beach that are dealing with the bitter reality of homelessness. Guests also learned about Pacesetters, a special auxiliary organization designed to support the ministries of the Long Beach Rescue Mission.

The event was an opportunity for women to join the Long Beach Rescue Mission in meeting the needs of the hurting and homeless in Long Beach. Over $5000 was raised to help furnish the Abigail Wing at Lydia House, which houses women who are in a year-long rehabilitation program.
